A report is delivered which outlines specific areas of opportunity and tactics recommended that the client can immediately pursue. The client evaluates the report and determines the priority of the recommendations.

A coach would never send his team out on the court without a game plan. Unfortunately, in business we often send our employees out into the marketplace without a true plan. Oxman Consulting works with you to develop an actionable 12-18 month marketing plan that provides the foundation to create dramatic leaps in long term marketing effectiveness.
